With Equipsme we speak in plain English and we tell it like it is. There’re no hidden costs, no lengthy health questionnaires and we keep medical jargon to a minimum.
We exclude conditions people have had in the last three years, cover people from day 1, and charge a flat price for all employees aged 16-69 (16-59 for the self-employed).

2. Equipsme is flexible
Self-employed businesses have a choice of cover levels, including stress support and an enhanced health check benefit as standard, and can add partner and children.
3. Equipsme lets people add to their employer plan – including their family
Once on plan, employees can choose to pay themselves to upgrade cover level – and add their family, too.
They can include their partner for the same employee cost, and up to 6 children (aged up to 25) for just half the monthly adult price. Oh, and if stress support, dental & optical are part of the plan these benefits extend to included family members at no extra cost.
4. Equipsme is easy to use
Equipsme benefits can be accessed, and claims made online through our simple portal or smart app.
People don’t have to pay up front for GP or physio, and authorised diagnosis and treatment bills are settled directly by AXA Health.
(In fact, we only have one £150 excess, and that’s on our Level 2 Employee plan and our Solo Plus plan).

Equipsme plans include fast access to physio advice by phone - and face-to-face sessions if they’re needed. If the condition is covered and has been authorised by AXA Health, they can help book all this in for you.
